📰Extra! Extra! Get all the talent info you need
If you need specific info from your talents that’s not included in the standard profile, you can now add customized fields for them to fill in. Just go to the Advanced settings page and select the Talent profile customization tab. The fields will show up during onboarding and on the talent’s profile.
🤔 Not sure of the exact price? Start with a range
Sometimes you’re not sure how much to pay for a job until you find the right person. Now, when posting or offering a job, you can enter the expected rate as a price range, both for hourly and fixed rates.
📝 Add in all the job details from the start
When creating a new job, hiring managers will now see all the custom fields that are part of the process and can fill them in on the spot. No more needing to go back later to fill in the gaps.
🧐Filter to find your perfect match
Looking for someone with a specific combination of skills? When searching the talent directory, you can now set filters to only see talents that meet all your criteria. Just make your selections and set the dropdown filters to: “Show results containing: All of these.”
📣Stay up to date with new workflow triggers
Want to get an update when a payment status changes? We’ve got you covered. Set up a new workflow to send off an email or a call to an API, or an integration to update your Slack channel or monday.com board. Maybe you want to be pinged when a user’s status has changed?
