Add new fields for talents to fill in on their profiles

If there’s specific information you’d like your talents to provide that’s not part of the standard profile fields, you can add new fields for them to fill in.

Company and workspace admins (and custom roles with edit access, as granted in Advanced settings) can add, edit, and delete these fields.

To add a new field:

Go to the Advanced settings page, and select the Talent profile customization tab. Click on Add field for talents and a popup window will appear.

You’ll be asked to name the field and select the type of field: text, tags, or number.

Once you add a new field, all the talents who work with your company will see these fields on their profile, under a section with your company’s name. These fields are not mandatory.

Once these fields are added, you can edit their titles or delete the fields. If deleted, all the fields and their values will be removed from all talents’ profiles.
