There are tons of great freelancers out there—it’s just a question of finding them when you need them. We made it easy for you with our pre-selected talent list, which is available in the sourcing area of the platform and lets you see a rich list of talents in a wide variety of categories. Search them, check out their profiles, and then contact and/or hire them on the spot if they look like a good fit. Boom! 💪
Candidate → Talent
Hiring managers can now set candidates up as talents—including creating workflows, editing their profiles, adding custom fields, and sending legal documents—so they’re onboarded and ready to go as soon as they have the green light to be hired🚦but before a job has been assigned to them.
Squeeze more out of your CSV
You can do more with CSVs! You can now use the “Import CSV” feature to edit custom fields on talents’ profiles instead of going through them one by one. You can also use CSVs to create new jobs and offer them to talents all at once. The jobs will be added to your Job board and an email will go out to applicable talents with the job offer.
