If you have a list of jobs you’d like to offer to talents, you can add them and offer them in one step, by importing a CSV listing their details.

You can use the CSV to indicate if the job is an instant hire job (i.e., the first talent to respond will be hired and assigned automatically) or if you’d like to have talents respond with a quote before you hire them.

Once the CSV is uploaded, the jobs will be created within the platform and emails with the job offer will be sent out to the applicable talents automatically.

To add and offer jobs, import a CSV file that follows this format (we recommend using our template):

Column name

Required or Optional

Comments

Job kind (Assign/Offer)

Required

Talent email

Required

Hiring manager email

Optional

Workspace name

Required

Job description

Optional

Job title

Required

Job time frame

Optional

If left empty, the time frame is “one-time,” which is the default.

Job start date

Optional

Example: 2024-02-29

If left empty, the start date will be as soon as possible.

Fixed rate

Optional

Enter either a fixed rate OR an hourly rate, not both.

Hourly rate

Optional

Enter either an hourly rate OR a fixed rate, not both.

Instant hire

Optional

If left empty, it means “No” (i.e., not an instant hire job), which is the default.

For instant hire jobs, make sure this column is filled out (enter “Yes”) for all rows or fill out the first row only and leave the subsequent rows blank.

Ask talents to submit a quote for this job

Optional

If left empty, it means “No” (i.e., talents don’t have to submit a quote to the hiring manager), which is the default.

For jobs requiring a quote, make sure this column is filled out (enter “Yes”) for all rows or fill out the first row only and leave the subsequent rows blank.

Note:

If you’re offering the same job to several talents, make sure to enter the exact same:

  • Hiring manager email

  • Workspace

  • Job title

  • Job description

  • Start date

  • Rate (hourly or fixed)

in all rows that apply to that job or fill out the first row only and leave the subsequent rows blank.
