When you add talents or invite new talents to join Fiverr Enterprise, they need to take a number of steps to complete their registration. You want to make sure they go through all the necessary steps so there don’t end up being any delays in their payment when they request it. You can track their progress from the Onboarding page under Talents.

(Your company admin can also add custom fields that need to be filled out by the hiring manager as part of the onboarding process, such as details about system access or a provider ID. These can be set up by going to Settings > Advanced settings > Onboarding. View more details about onboarding fields for hiring managers.)

There are two tabs on this page:

  • In progress: Displays talents who haven’t finished adding their details to the platform

  • Recently completed: Displays talents who have finished the onboarding process within the last month

From the In progress tab, you can see which steps your new talents have already taken to get set up in the platform and what they still need to do.

The steps include:

  • Signing up for Fiverr Enterprise

  • Entering their payment details

  • Signing legal documents

  • Signing tax documents

  • Filling out their talent profile

An easy-to-follow onboarding progress bar lets you see their progress at a glance.

If a talent you invited to the platform hasn’t signed up yet, you can resend their invitation by clicking on the three-dot menu on their row in the table and selecting Resend invitation.

When a talent completes all of the onboarding steps, they’ll be moved to the Recently completed tab. Once 30 days have passed since a talent completed the onboarding process, they’ll no longer appear in the Recently completed tab. You’ll find them in the Talent directory.
