Learn what actions you can take directly from your email on mobile devices

There are a number of tasks that you can take care of directly from your email, on your mobile phone.

Here’s what the process looks like:

  1. You get an email from our platform

  2. Open the email on your mobile device or desktop

  3. Select your desired action from the email (e.g., Approve or Reject)

  4. A message appears letting you know the action was completed

Companies can currently take these actions:

  • Approve or Reject milestones

  • Approve or Reject budget (if applicable)

Talents can currently take these actions:

  • Accept or Decline job

  • Accept or Decline job offer
