Integrations let you automate processes and keep all the apps you use in sync. You can set up an integration so that when something happens in Fiverr Enterprise, it triggers an action on a different platform.
Your integrations can be found under Settings → Integrations. Only workspace admins or company admins can create, edit, and view integrations.
To set up a new integration, go to the Templates tab. You can choose to start with one of our templates or create a new integration from scratch. You’ll be asked to set a trigger (“When this happens”), which will activate the integration, and the actions that follow (“then do this action”).
You can view and edit your existing integrations from the Added integrations tab.
We currently offer integrations with the following apps:
Slack: Send messages to a chat or channel in Slack when something happens in Fiverr Enterprise, e.g., “When a talent status changes in Stoke, then send a message to a channel in Slack.” To set up an integration, you’ll need to get the email address from your specific Slack channel or chat. monday.com: Add or update an item (text fields only) on a board in monday.com when something happens in Stoke, e.g., “When a job status changes, then add or update an item on a board in monday.com.”
To get started, first a Fiverr Enterprise admin with monday.com admin credentials needs to authorize this connection. On the Integrations page, go to the monday.com section and click Connect account.
You’ll then be asked to enter your monday.com access token. Learn how to find this token in monday.com.
Once the connection is authorized, admins can begin setting up integrations. To set up a new integration:
Choose one of the templates or click on Create your own.
Select a monday.com board and a group within the board.
Match the fields in Stoke to items on monday.com,
