Fiverr Enterprise helps you keep track of the status of your payment at every step of the way, from the initial payment request to getting paid.
To track the status of your payment:
Go to the Jobs tab, find a job under either the Active or Completed tab, and click on Review milestones or the job’s card.
Once you’ve opened the job, you’ll see all of the milestones associated with the job on the right side of the screen. Select the milestone you want to track.
Click Info next to Track payment.
A timeline will open showing the steps in the payment process and their dates. Payments that are still in progress will have a “You are here!” message showing the current status of the payment.
The steps in the payment process are:
Payment requested – You (or, in some cases, the hiring manager, on your behalf) requested payment.
Payment approved – The hiring manager approved the payment.
Payment sent – Fiverr Enterprise processed and sent out your payment via your selected payment method. (If this hasn’t happened yet, the date for which it is scheduled is displayed. Once it has been sent, the date is updated to reflect the actual date on which the payment was sent.)
Payment completed – The payment has left Fiverr Enterprise and reached you. (If this hasn’t happened yet, the platform indicates that it should be completed within 3 business days. Once it has been completed, the date is updated to reflect the actual date.)
*Note that only payments that you or your hiring manager requested can be tracked. If a payment hasn’t been requested, it can’t be tracked.
