Most companies have a standard set of legal documents they always send to their freelancers, such as an NDA, service agreement, or contract. With Fiverr Enterprise, you can streamline your legal processes and manage all these documents in one place to protect you and your company from unnecessary risks and costs.

Here’s how to set up, manage, and use your legal policy:

Setting up your legal entities

Your company may comprise different legal entities, such branches in different countries. You can set up legal entities in Fiverr Enterprise to manage legal policies, templates, and payments by the entity hiring each talent. Learn how to set up legal entities.

Adding legal templates

Using legal document templates makes gathering and sending legal documents an automatic part of your talent onboarding process. You can add your own legal templates, or use one of our ready-to-use templates to get started. Learn more about legal templates.

Creating advanced policies

You can easily create and manage multiple, interdependent legal templates and policies by setting up advanced policies. To set up an advanced policy, go to SettingsLegal entities, and click on Use advanced policies for the applicable legal entity. Learn more about advanced policies.

Sending legal documents to talents

After you upload your legal templates, we’ll review them to make sure they contain the right fields and activate them for you. Then they can be sent to your talents based on your company's requirements and the policy you defined.

There are four ways to send legal documents to talents:

  1. When you add a new talent, the second step, after you fill in their details, is Send legal docs.

  2. When you create a new job, after you select the talent, you are asked which documents you’d like to send them.

  3. From a talent’s profile, go to the Legal documents section, click on the plus sign and then select Send document.

  4. Open the Talents tab and go to the Compliance page. Click on the expand arrow to the left of a talent’s name to see their legal documents. Open the three-dot menu for the document you want to send, and select Send legal docs.

Tracking your talents’ legal compliance

Fiverr Enterprise helps you keep track of each talent’s legal compliance status and see which legal documents were sent, haven’t been signed yet, are missing, or are expired so you can decide how to proceed.

To see your talents' compliance statuses, go to TalentsCompliance and open the Legal tab on the page.

There are three statuses:

  • A green flame indicates that the talent is fully compliant and has signed all required documents, either digitally or manually.

  • A yellow flame indicates that the legal documents were sent to the talent and are awaiting signature.

  • A red flame indicates the talent has at least one missing or expired legal document.

Setting notifications for important legal changes

You can set up automatic email notifications to let you know when there are important changes to legal documents. To set up such a notification, create a workflow with a trigger related to legal issues, such as:

  • When a legal document’s status changes to signed

  • When a legal document’s status changes to expired

  • When a talent becomes fully compliant
