Instead of drafting a new contract for each new talent, you can turn your contracts and other legal documents into templates, which you can then send automatically through Fiverr Enterprise.
You can use our ready-to-use legal templates and customize them to your needs, or upload your company’s own documents to use as legal templates. To add legal templates, go to the Settings tab, then select Legal entities, and then Add template to entity.
Here are some guidelines to ensure the legal templates are clear, accurate, and easy to use.
Using our ready-to-use templates:
Wherever you see a term that is tagged in triangle brackets (e.g., <company>),replace it with the relevant term (e.g., the name of your company).
Insert double-spaced lines (double line breaks) wherever information needs to be filled out by the signer(s). This includes the Signature field, the Name field, and the Date signed field. This gives signers enough space to write their information clearly and legibly.
To insert double line breaks in these fields, press the Enter or Return key twice after the placeholder text.If the company needs to countersign the document, add a signature field for someone at your company to the template.
If you’ve added an expiration date, make sure it is up to date.
Using your company’s own legal templates:
Make sure to update the document with the current dates.
Use double line breaks for fields that need to be filled in by the talent (same as shown for our templates above).
If the company needs to countersign the document, you can add a signature from someone at your company to the template (same as above).
