Whether you’re viewing all the jobs on your job board or an individual job page, you can click the three dots to open a menu of options related to that job. The options that open depend on that job’s status and the status of the milestones under it.

The actions include:

  • Edit: Lets you make changes to the job’s details, including title, description, and/or start date.

    • Available for jobs with the status: Active, Offered, Posted, Drafted, Budget request, Awaiting activation

  • Move job: Lets you move the job to a different workspace and/or under a different user. You can only move jobs between your workspaces. To move a job to another workspace in which you’re not an admin, ask that workspace’s admin or a company admin.

    • Available for jobs with the status: Active, Budget request, Drafted (Jobs with milestones that are awaiting payment approval cannot be moved)

  • Duplicate job: Creates a copy of this job, including details such as the job title, description, workspace, hiring manager, and milestone payment details. These details can then be edited if necessary.

    • Available for jobs with the status: Draft, Posted, Offered, Active, Completed

  • Save as template: Creates a template for future jobs based on the details of this job, instead of creating a new job from scratch every time. The templates are saved in the Template center and can be used when creating a new job.

    • Available for all jobs

  • Delete: Removes the job and its milestones. This can’t be undone.

    • Available for jobs with the status: Draft, Posted, Offered, Active (as long as they don’t have milestones that are awaiting approval or payment)

    • Eligible for bulk action

  • Mark completed: Changes the job’s status to Completed and removes any open milestones. The job is still visible under the “Completed” and “All” tabs on the job board. The talent assigned to this job receives an email about the change.

    • Available for jobs with the status: Active (as long as they don’t have milestones that are awaiting approval or payment)

    • Eligible for bulk action

  • Reopen job: Changes the job’s status to Active and allows new milestones to be created under the job.

    • Available for jobs with the status: Completed

Bulk actions

To save time, you can apply some of these actions to multiple jobs at once (i.e., in bulk). From the job board, select the jobs you want to apply the action to, then click on the three-dot menu and select your desired action.

Some of the jobs you selected might not be eligible for the action you selected because of their status. Those jobs will not be affected by the bulk action. A confirmation pop-up will appear explaining how many of your selected jobs will be affected (e.g., “Delete X out of Y jobs?) and asking you to confirm the action for the applicable jobs.
