Actions you can take with talents

Learn which actions you can take with each talent based on their status

Whether you’re viewing all the talents in your Talent directory or an individual talent’s profile, you can click the three dots to open a menu of options related to that talent. The options that open depend on that talent’s status and whether or not they have active jobs.

These include:

Actions related to invitations

  • Send invitation: The talent receives an email to join Fiverr Enterprise, so they can accept and reject jobs as well as request payments.

    • Available for talents with the status: Added w/o invite

  • Resend invitation: The talent receives another email to join Fiverr Enterprise.

    • Available for talents with the status: Invited

Actions related to Jobs

  • Start job: A form opens to create a new job for the talent and set job details, such as the job title and description, start date, job location, rate and rate type, and more.

    • Available for talents with the statuses: Added w/o invite, Invited, Registered, Active

  • Offer job: The selected talents receive an email about the available job, where they can select either that they are available and interested in hearing more about the job, or that they are not available for the job.

    • Available for talents with the statuses: Registered, Active

Actions related to Talent directory management

  • Remove talent: The talent is removed from the Talent directory, and won't be able to login the system.

    • Available for talents with the statuses: Added w/o invite (w/o jobs), Invited (w/o jobs)

  • Deactivate talent: The talent still appears in the Talent directory (includes their data), but can no longer be assigned new jobs. This option appears for talents who have no active jobs.

    • Available for talents with the statuses: Added w/o invite (with jobs), Invited(with jobs), Registered, Active

Bulk actions

To save time, you can apply some of these actions to multiple talents at once (i.e., in bulk). From the Talent directory, select the talents you want to apply the action to, then click on the three-dot menu and select your desired action.

Some of the talents you selected might not be eligible for the action you selected because of their status. Those talents will not be affected by the bulk action. A confirmation pop-up will appear explaining how many of your selected talents will be affected (e.g., “Cancel invitation for X out of Y talents?) and asking you to confirm the action for the applicable talents.
