Fiverr Enterprise lets you customize your payment method and currency, so you can get your payment to your preferred account quickly. (Note: Some companies may not support all payment methods.)
You’ll be asked to select a payment method when you sign up and begin working with Fiverr Enterprise. To do so, log into your account and go to the Payment details tab. Select your payment method and fill in your payment information. If you selected PayPal or Payoneer, you’ll need to log into your account to complete the selection.
You can change your payment settings at any time by going to the Payment details tab and clicking Edit.
There are a number of different payment methods available:
Wire transfer – The payment is transferred and deposited in your bank account.
Direct deposit/ACH – The payment is transferred and deposited in your bank account (typically a bit slower than a wire transfer).
Check – A paper check is mailed to you, which you can then deposit into your bank account.
eCheck/Local bank transfer – The payment is sent via a digital version of a paper check.
PayPal – The payment is transferred digitally to your PayPal account.
Payoneer – The payment is transferred digitally to your Payoneer account.
Depending on your chosen payment method, payment can take between a few hours to a few days to complete. The hiring company is responsible for any transaction fees, which vary across payment methods.
You can also choose in which currency you would like to be paid. We currently support payments in up to 80 currencies. For the following currencies, the foreign exchange fee is paid by the hiring company (your client):
USD
EUR
GBP
INR
ILS
CAD
NZD
For all other currencies, you will be charged a foreign exchange fee of up to 3%.
How to request payment
You can request your payment after completing your work or a milestone. To do so, go to the Jobs tab and either:
Click Request payment on the job card; or
Click Review milestones and then click Request payment on the specific milestone or at the top, above the list of milestones.
You’ll be asked to fill in some details and upload any relevant documents, such as an invoice and/or a timesheet. After you complete and submit the payment request, it will be sent to your hiring manager for approval.
Once approved, the payment will be added to the next payment cycle. It may take a few days for you to receive the payment in your account depending on your chosen payment method. Payments may also take a bit longer if it’s a weekend or there’s a holiday.
