Can’t request payment? This may be the case if you’re missing certain information or documents in the platform. If so, you’ll see a pop-up explaining why you can’t request payment. After you complete the steps described in the pop-up, you’ll be able to request payment.
Reasons for not being able to request payment include:
Your payment details are missing: Go to the Payment details tab to add your payment information.
Your tax forms are missing: Go to the Legal and tax documents tab to sign your tax form.
(For Israeli talents, our operations team uploads the tax document for you, so this problem should be resolved within a matter of days.)
You haven’t accepted the job: Go to the Jobs tab and click Accept job.
You’re requesting payment of less than $10: We process payment requests of $10 or more. If you want to request a payment of less than $10, contact our support at [email protected]. You’ll be able to fill out the payment request form but not submit it.
