If you and a hiring manager have agreed to work together, the hiring manager will create and assign a new job to you in Fiverr Enterprise. The job will include details like the:
Job title
Description
Company name
Hiring manager name
Engagement type (e.g., hourly rate, fixed rate, or custom payment)
Payment rate (e.g., rate per hour, per article, per day, etc.)
Number of milestones or payment “checkpoints” (more milestones can always be added)
and any other information they can provide.
When they assign you a new job, you’ll get an email telling you that you have a new job. The email will direct you to the Fiverr Enterprise, where you’ll find it under the Awaiting acceptance tab. You can review the details and accept or decline it from the job card or the job details page.
If you accept the job, an email will be sent to the hiring manager letting them know, and the job will move to the Active tab and you can start working on it.
If you decline the job, you’ll be asked to fill in some brief details on why you’re declining the job (e.g., you’re not available, the rate is incorrect, etc.), which will be included in the email sent to the hiring manager to let them know that you’ve declined the job. They may reach back out to you with updated terms or look for another talent to assign it to instead.
If the company’s policy requires talents to sign certain legal documents before starting a job and you haven’t signed them, you won’t be able to accept the job. If this is the case, go to the Legal and tax documents tab to see which documents are waiting for your signature or speak to the hiring manager.
