Fiverr Enterprise makes it easy for companies to manage freelancers like you and pay them in a simple and timely way. The platform is always free for freelancers and contractors, so you’ll keep 100% of what you earn.

What you can do with Fiverr Enterprise:

  • Set up your payment method
After you’ve created your account, you can add your payment details and choose how you want to get paid: wire transfer, direct deposit/ACH, Payoneer, or PayPal. We supports payments in up to 80 currencies.

  • Manage your jobs
If a company has a new project for you, they'll assign you a job. You can accept the job or reject it if it’s not right for you. If you accept the job, you’ll be able to keep track of agreed-upon deadlines and payment rates.

  • Submit payment requests and track payments
Each job contains one or more “milestones,” which is a payment checkpoint. When you complete a milestone for a job, you can click “Request payment” to send a request to the company. You’ll be able to see previous requests and track when the payments are made.

  • Organize legal and tax documents
Keep all your legal and tax documentation for freelance work in one place, including digitally signed contracts. You can also upload documents or update existing ones.

What you’ll see in the platform:

The home screen is divided into 5 left-hand tabs:

  • Home: This is where you can see your total earnings, active jobs, upcoming milestones, and recent payment requests.

  • Jobs: Here you’ll find all of your active and completed jobs, as well as new jobs waiting to be accepted. Each job is represented by a card. Clicking the card expands the view to show a brief overview of the job and its milestones.

  • Payment details: This is where you’ll set up and update your preferred payment method and currency.

  • Legal & tax documents: This is where you’ll find any documents you have signed with the company and also tax documentation.

  • Settings: This is where you’ll manage the users of your account.

Additionally, on the right-hand side, a dropdown menu provides a link to your profile, where you can add your skills and experience (or import your details quickly from LinkedIn).

Who Fiverr Enterprise is for:

  • On the company side: Hiring managers (i.e., the person you’ll work with directly) and people who are higher up at the company (e.g., team/department leads, legal and finance people).

  • On the freelancer side: Individual talents and companies such as agencies that work with individual talents or have employees.
