The Fiverr Enterprise platform contains information that may be relevant to other aspects of your organization, such as accounting/bookkeeping, IT, ticketing and task management. You can use the Fiverr Enterprise API to pull this information automatically and use it directly in those systems.
You can pull the following information using the API:
Users – all the users within your organization using Fiverr Enterprise
Budgets – users’ budget information as well as an aggregated workspace budget
Workspaces – your organization’s workspaces, including their users and budgets
Jobs – your organization’s jobs
Milestones – the units that make up a job and split it into distinct payments
Providers – both your individual freelancers and the companies/agencies you work with
Talents – the individual people doing jobs
Payments – each milestone payment, including the talent details, approval status, job and milestone details, and more
Billing – all the approved milestones within a billing period, as well as final amounts and fees, which you can use for accounting/bookkeeping integrations
Currently, you can only pull information from Fiverr Enterprise using the API, not write to Fiverr Enterprise.
The Fiverr Enterprise API uses OAuth2 (authorization code grant type) for authentication.
