Managing and using custom fields

Discover where custom fields appear once you’ve set them up

Once custom fields are set up on the Settings page, you’ll see them and be able to add/fill them in in the following places throughout the Fiverr Enterprise:

Custom field category

Where you’ll see them

Individuals and companies

  • On the individual or company’s profile, under the custom fields section

Talents within a company

  • On the talent’s profile, under the custom fields section

Jobs

  • On the job details page, under the custom fields section

  • On the job card (in the bottom-right corner when you hover)

Milestones

  • On the milestone

  • If a custom field was set, you’ll see an icon with a number

  • If no custom fields were set, you’ll see an icon with a + when you hover over the milestone, which you can click to add custom fields

You’ll also see custom fields and their values in reports and filter the reports by the custom fields using the tab along the top.

When you’re in table view on the Reports page, use the gear icon on the right and click on the Custom fields tab to see the custom fields that were set up across your company and for specific workspaces. Then click them individually to add them to the table. Above the table, on the top right, you’ll also find an export icon, which you can click to export them.
