Luckily we have a few new features that will speed things up for you, from doing less manual work to getting the information you need automatically, without having to go digging for it.

Don’t create; duplicate!
Have a job that has all the details that you need and want to create another one just like it? Now you can duplicate jobs, instead of having to create a new one from scratch. You can duplicate a job with any status. The job will be duplicated in the applicable flow (Start job or Post job), with all the fields and data pre-populated. All you have to do is review the details, make any necessary changes, and click Submit.
Get job confirmation from talents
No more sitting, waiting, wishing…Now when you create a job, your talent has to review and accept it (or decline and provide a brief explanation). The hiring manager will get an email with the talent’s decision and can track the job’s status on the Jobs page.
Make sure Legal isn’t out of the loop
Now it’s easy to stay on top of talents’ legal documents! With the new legal workflow trigger, certain team members can get an email update when a legal document has been signed or has expired, instead of having to log in to Stoke to check the talent’s profile (or ask another team member with Stoke access to check for them).
Upload your talents and jobs
We know how time-consuming it can be to enter talents and jobs individually if you have them listed elsewhere. You can now import a CSV file of your talents and/or jobs and milestones to add them all at once. All it takes is some very simple column formatting plus filling in the details. Once you upload the file, you’ll get a chance to review the entries before they’re added.
