If you have a list of jobs and milestones, you can add them quickly and easily by importing a CSV listing their details, rather than adding them one by one.

Jobs and milestones can only be added using a CSV, not removed or edited. You can use the same CSV to:

If you haven’t uploaded your talents, you can add the applicable columns to the same CSV and fill them in with your talents’ details. See below.

Note: If you include planned and requested amounts in your CSV, make sure you have enough in your budget to cover them. Otherwise, you won’t be able to upload the CSV. To increase your budget, go to the Budget page and click ASK next to each applicable workspace to request more budget from the workspace admin.

To upload new jobs and milestones, import a CSV file that follows this format (we recommend using our template):

Optional

This only applies when creating new jobs; otherwise it will be ignored.

When creating a new job with an hourly rate, the “Planned amount” column is required.
