Most companies have a standard set of legal documents they send to the freelancers they work with, such as an NDA, service agreement, and more. With Fiverr Enterprise, you can set up legal document templates to make gathering and sending them an automatic part of your talent onboarding process.

You can start with Fiverr Enterprise's ready-to-use legal templates and customize them to your needs, or upload your company’s own documents to use as legal templates. Whichever one you choose, check out our guidelines for ensuring the legal templates are clear, accurate, and easy to use.

How to use our ready-to-use templates:

  1. Go to the Settings tab and click on Legal entities.

  2. View the templates (NDA, service agreement, and more) at the bottom of the page, and download the one(s) you need.

  3. Customize the template(s) as needed and set an expiration date.

  4. Follow the directions above to upload the template(s) to Fiverr Enterprise.

How to add a legal template (your company’s or one created from a ready-to-use template):

  1. Go to Settings and click on Legal entities.

  2. Select the legal entity to which you want to add a template.

  3. Click Add template in the top-right corner.

  4. You’ll be asked to upload your legal document and define the template’s settings, including whether to set an expiration policy and require any additional signatures.

Once you’ve added your template, we’ll review it to make sure it has all the necessary information. When we’re done, you’ll receive an email that the template is active. Then you’ll be able to view it under Legal entities and it will be ready to be sent to talents.

Your new template will automatically be set as Always required, meaning that all talents under workspaces assigned to that legal entity are required to sign it. This setting can be changed by clicking on the template’s three-dot menu and selecting Undo “Always required”.

You can also edit, remove, or download an existing template from its three-dot menu. Any changes made to the template will be applied to future documents sent to talents.
