How about a chat?

Need to ask your talent a quick question? Want to check in about a job and how it’s coming along? Hiring managers and talents can now chat directly within Stoke to discuss a job’s progress, exchange documents for review and feedback, ask questions and get additional information, and more.

Each chat is related to a specific job and connects the hiring manager and the talent assigned to that job, without additional people. Either person can start the conversation.

To start a chat, go to the job details page and click on the chat icon next to the talent’s name.

A chat screen will open, and you can send a message, along with emojis and/or files, to get the conversation going. The message you send will appear on the chat page and will be sent by email as well. Your talent can reply by either replying to the email or going to the chat page within the Stoke talent app.

To navigate to the chat page at any time and see all your chats, click on the chat icon in the toolbar at the top of all screens.

Ready to chat? It’s as easy as that.
