Have a job but missing the talents to do it? We can help!

We can help you find the talents you need to get your jobs and projects done. This is done by human sourcing experts who scan a variety of networks, sites, and professional communities to find talents for you. To engage their expertise, post a job via your account.

To post a job:

  • Go to the Jobs page.

  • Click New job in the top right and then Source talent (Post a job).
    Fill out the form to provide details about the job’s scope, skills you’re looking for (you can split them up into “musts” and “nice to have”), and preferred engagement type (i.e., one-time or ongoing, hourly or fixed rate). More details give us our sourcing experts more to work with, but if you’re not sure, you can leave many of these details out and our experts can help fill in the gaps.

Once you’ve reviewed and posted your job:

  • Our sourcing experts get to work!
    They scan a wide range of job boards, professional sites and groups, and personal networks to handpick talents for your job. Within 48 hours, you should find a list of candidates waiting for you on the Jobs page. We’ll also email you to let you know that we found candidates for you.

Now it’s your turn to review and connect with the candidates:

  • Pay attention to things like:

    • Their description and skills

    • Their rating based on reviews on different sites or platforms

    • Their language, availability, rates, and more

  • Use the chat or email feature to reach out to the ones who stand out to interview them and discuss more details.

  • Once you’ve found a match, hire the talent and start working with them through the platform.
