A company’s account can be broken up into workspaces. Workspaces represent a department, project, account, or work line that you set up and help you organize your account. Admins can add new workspaces, edit existing ones, add users, and archive workspaces that are no longer in use.

Each workspace contains all company admins, as well as the workspace admin and members who are added to the workspace, and can have an allocated budget, which its members can use to hire talents for jobs. The workspace, including its members and budget, are managed by the workspace admin.

Within a workspace, the company or workspace admin can create spaces to further divide and organize it. A space might represent a specific team, group, or project.

There are three roles within Fiverr Enterprise:

  • Company admin: A company admin has full access to everything in the platform.

  • Workspace admin: A workspace admin has full access to assigned workspaces in the platform.

  • Member: A member is part of a workspace and can see only their own jobs and talents.

To see what your role is, click on the icon in the top-right of the screen with your initials. A pop-up will open showing your full name, followed by your role in parentheses.

Users of the platform can have either Editor or Viewer permissions:

  • Editor
Editors can make changes to different elements within the platform (based on their role). Anyone who uses Fiverr Enterprise Platform somewhat regularly will have editor permissions.

  • Viewer
Viewers can only view and export reports. They cannot make changes. This role is best for a finance, legal, or other leadership person who only needs to use Fiverr Enterprise platform occasionally to view data, such as budget usage and so on.
