With Fiverr Enterprise, you and your talents can track a payment’s status every step of the way, from when it’s requested by the talent (or the hiring manager, on the talent’s behalf) until it reaches the talent.

To see the status of a payment:

  1. Go to the Jobs page, find the job to which the payment is connected, and click on the job title or View job details below the title.

  2. Once you’ve opened the job, you’ll see all of the milestones associated with the job. Select the milestone you want to track.

  3. Click Info next to Track payment. A timeline will open showing the steps in the payment process and where the payment currently stands.

The steps in payment process are:

  • Payment requested – The talent (or, in some cases, hiring manager, on the talent’s behalf) requested their payment. The name of the person who submitted the payment request appears below this status on the timeline.

  • Payment approved – The hiring manager approved the payment.

  • On hold – The milestone is not yet scheduled because either payment for a previous cycle hasn't been received by Fiverr Enterprise or the milestone causes the total for the cycle to surpass the threshold set for a single cycle.

  • Payment accelerated – This status appears in the timeline only if the payment was accelerated (i.e., prioritized for payment ahead of time), together with the date of acceleration.

  • Payment sent – Fiverr Enterprise processed and sent out the talent’s payment via their selected payment method. (If this hasn’t happened yet, the platform presents an estimated date on which it will be sent. Once it has been sent, the date is updated to reflect the actual date on which the payment was sent.)

  • Payment completed – The payment has left Fiverr Enterprise and reached the talent. (If this hasn’t happened yet, the platform presents an estimated date on which it will be sent. Once it has been sent, the date is updated to reflect the actual date.)

The “You are here!” note indicates where the payment currently is in the process.

*Note that only payments that have been requested by the talent or hiring manager can be tracked. Payments that haven’t been requested cannot be tracked.
