Talents are freelancers, independent contractors, or companies (e.g., studio, agency, etc.) doing work for the organization using Fiverr Enterprise (the client). Talents are not on the organization’s payroll and instead are paid separately.

There are two types of talents, based on the legal entity being paid through Fiverr Enterprise:

  • Individual talent: A self-employed person who does work and receives payment on behalf of themself.

  • Company: A registered company that receives payment on behalf of the talent(s) doing the work. This may be a studio, agency, or firm that uses freelance or full-time talents or an individual who has a company, such as an LLC, and gets paid through it.

The Talents page

The Talents page is where you’ll find all your talents and their different statuses, including workforce and legal statuses, and where you can add new talents.

Use the following predefined tabs along the top to filter talents based on a variety of criteria:

  • All talents: Shows all your talents, including those who are active, inactive, and have been invited but haven’t signed up yet (i.e., “awaiting signup”).

  • Active talents: Shows all your talents who are currently assigned to jobs (and indicates which talents can’t be paid right now because of missing payment information or other payment issues).

  • Workforce status: Shows all your talents based on their workforce classification.

  • Legal status: Shows all your talents based on their legal compliance, including documents they have signed or need to sign to avoid compliance risks/issues.

On any one of the tabs, you can also use the filters and search bar to drill down to the talent(s) you’re looking for.

Clicking the gear icon on the right enables you to show and hide columns of data in the table. If there is a certain view that you use regularly, you can save it and name it to navigate back to it quickly next time. Click the export icon above the gear icon to export a CSV of the table or download documents related to talents.

Clicking on a talent in the table takes to you a page that consolidates their activity (e.g., job history, documents, comments and reviews, access to company systems, etc.) and profile (e.g., skills, education, languages, etc.).

Whether you’re viewing all talents on the Talents page or on an individual talent’s page, click the three dots to open a menu with a variety of options related to the talent based on the permissions available to your role (i.e., member, workspace admin, or company admin).
