How to view and use all the valuable information available in Fiverr Enterprise

There are many different ways to view and use the information available in Fiverr Enterprise.

Table vs. card view

Choose whether you want to view your information in a table, with each row representing an entity (a job, a talent, a workspace budget etc.), or in cards.

To select which columns to display in the table, click the gear icon on the right.

A menu will open. Check items on the list to add them as columns in the table. Uncheck items to remove those columns from the table. Click Restore defaults at the bottom of the menu to return the table to its default columns.

To sort the table, click the top of the column you’d like to sort by. Your first click will sort the rows by that column in ascending order (indicated by an upward caret next to the column’s name), while another click will switch to descending order (indicated by a downward caret).

To switch between the two, click the icons in the top right:

Indicates that you are in table view

→ Click the left tab to switch to card

Indicates that you are in card view

→ Click the right tab to switch to a table

Whether you’re in table view or card view, each entry (i.e., each row in the table or each card) has a “meatball menu” (a horizontal three-dot menu) on the right, which you can click to show more options.

Export information from Fiverr Enterprise

You can export different types of information from the various pages on the Fiverr Enterprise. To export the CSV (or download certain files, in some cases), you must be in table view. The export icon appears all the way on the right, above the table. Click it to open a menu with the export options.

Filtering information

In most pages you can use the predefined tabs on the top of the page to view particular entries based on common settings.

In addition, there’s also a Filters button, which you can click to select your preferred filters.

Customize and save your view

To avoid having to constantly re-filter your data every time you go to a certain page, you can save your preferred filter setup.

To do so:

  • Select your filters and columns so they’re showing the data you’d like to see

  • Click Save view

  • When the pop-up appears, give the view a name, so that you can access it quickly next time

If you’ve already saved views in the past, the button will instead say Saved views. Clicking on it will open a dropdown menu, which you can click to access all your previously saved views.

To save a new one, use the “+” sign next to it and follow the same steps above.

Group by and expand the view

Fiverr Enterprise groups certain sub-entities under a higher-level entity, such as:

  • On the Talents page, talents employed by a company will be grouped under that company.

  • On the Reporting page, multiple jobs completed by one talent or company will be grouped under that talent.

In some pages you can change the grouping definition according to your needs.

To view the individual talents (on the Talents page) or jobs (on the Reporting page), click Expand all in the top right, and Fiverr Enterprise will expand to display all the lines under the overarching entity.
