Fiverr Enterprise consists of two apps: the consumer app, which is used by companies or organizations to manage their freelance talent, and the talent app, a lighter version used by talents to track and update their jobs, payments/payment requests, and legal and tax information.

The talent app consists of four left-hand tabs:

Home

This is where the talent can see, at a glance, their total earnings (including a graph of the monthly breakdown over the past 6 months), active jobs, upcoming milestones, and recent payment requests.

Jobs

This page shows the talent’s active and completed jobs. Each job is represented by a card. Clicking the card expands the view to show a brief overview of the job and its milestones. The talent can request payment for a milestone via the card or the expanded view.

Payment details

This page is where the talent can set up and update their preferred payment method: wire transfer, direct deposit/ACH, Payoneer, or PayPal.

Legal and tax documents

This page aggregates all the talent’s legal and tax documentation, whether the documents were uploaded by the talent or by clients. The talent can upload additional documents here or update existing ones. Fiverr Enterprise also notes each document’s expiration date and whether it was digitally signed (for client-provided documents).

Additionally, on the right-hand side, a dropdown menu provides a link to the profile, where the talent can add their skills and experience (or use a quick import from their LinkedIn profile).
