Here are the terms you’ll find throughout Fiverr Enterprise and what they mean: (A-Z)
Admin
A person who oversees their workspace and can approve budgets and invoices for their own talents and jobs as well as those of their workspace members.
Budget
The funds that are available to a company or workspace for the purpose of hiring talent for jobs.
Company admin
A person with access to the company or organization’s entire account, including adding and removing talents and members, granting and removing budgets, and more.
Hiring manager
The person on the organization’s side who is responsible for a job and is the talent’s main contact, including approving their invoices so they can be processed and paid.
Job
An ongoing or one-time project that needs to be done and for which a company is using or looking to hire a talent.
Member
A person who is part of a workspace and can set up jobs and hire talent as a hiring manager. The member can see their own jobs and talents and approve talents’ invoices but does not have access to other jobs or larger budgets.
Milestone
A way to break up a job into payable portions for the purposes of planning the budget and tracking progress and expenses. Milestones consist of a rate (hourly or fixed per deliverable or retainer) and a payment frequency (monthly, weekly, or one-time).
Some examples of milestones are:
10 hours of work per month
1 blog per week
A $2,000 monthly retainer
Owner
The person who is in charge of a workspace, including budget planning and budget approvals. Owners are the only people who get notifications about budgets that are awaiting approval.
Source talent
A feature by which a hiring manager can post a job description and engage Fiverr Enterprise’s sourcing/recruiting experts to find and present options of talents whom they can hire for the job.
Space
A team or sub-group of people within a workspace, usually up to X people working in a specific area or domain or on a particular project.
Talent
A freelancer, independent contractor, or company (e.g., studio, agency, etc.) doing work for the organization using Fiverr Enterprise (the client). Talents are not part of the organization’s payroll and can be individuals or companies.
View-only user
A user who has view-only access to the company or organization’s Fiverr Enterprise account, typically for the purpose of downloading and viewing reports. This person is usually a member of the legal or finance team and does not deal directly with jobs or talents.
Workspace
A department, project, account, or work line that you set up in Fiverr Enterprise. Workspaces contain members and have a budget allocated to them, which they can use to hire talents for jobs.
